A family house in the peaceful and picturesque bay of Donja Grebaštica, perfect for a family holiday and enjoying the sea. A swimming beach with a marked safe zone is located right in front of the house. Additionally, the house has parking spaces in the courtyard, an outdoor shower, and a grill. We would especially like to highlight our spacious terrace and the breathtaking view, overlooking the sea and beautiful pine forest. On the ground floor of the house, there are studio apartments without stairs, which is very accessible for elderly people and those with mobility issues. Privacy is ensured, and you can hide from view if you wish. The house is a 5 minute walk from the center of the town, where you can find restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, children's playgrounds, cafe bars, and shops; it is 10 minutes by car from Šibenik. We have been in the rental business for years, and we value the tradition we have inherited, so we guarantee you expertise, quality, and comfort!
