The property is located 5 minutes walking distance to the sea, 3 minutes walking distance to the first restaurant, 8 minutes walking distance to the center and church, 3 kilometers to the Lidl grocery store and gas station, 10 minutes walking distance to the center of Sv. Filip i Jakov. A general practitioner is in Sv. Filip i Jakov, where the first pharmacy is also located. It is possible to reach Biograd by foot along the seaside. In Biograd, there is an offer for boat rides with parasailing, banana boat rides, and the possibility of water skiing. Jet Skis can be rented there. In Turnje, there is a pebbly and sandy beach. A large sandy beach with a slide is a 10-minute walk in Sv. Filip i Jakov. Laundry facilities are available in our property. Parking is enclosed in the courtyard and covered with a tarp for protection from sun and rain. Visits to the apartments are NOT allowed, but ONLY by arrangement with the owner, a visit is charged 10 euro per day for 1 person, and each night (only if beds are available for that many people) is charged EXTRA, meaning +60€
