About this stay
Our apartments are located in a family home in a quiet part of Punat on the island of Krk. They are modernly and functionally equipped, offering a comfortable and peaceful stay. All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay even during the hottest weather. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the olive trees and the sea. The Mediterranean garden is equipped with comfortable loungers. In the particularly pleasant evening atmosphere, our guests can enjoy unforgettable summer nights. A grill is available for use. All amenities—beaches, restaurants, and facilities in the center—are within a 15-minute walk. The shop is a few minutes' walk away. Private free parking is available in front of the house. The owner speaks Croatian, Italian, and English.

Payment and notes
To make a reservation, you must pay a deposit via bank transfer (IBAN) covering two days' stay, while the remaining balance is due upon arrival via payment to the account. In case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable, and the apartment becomes available for sale after 24 hours. Check-in to the apartment is possible after 14 h, and check-out is until 10 h. For stays shorter than 5 nights, the price is increased by 20%, and for stays shorter than 3 nights, it is 50%. An extra bed incurs an additional fee.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is non-refundable.
