The house is located in Jadrija, a peaceful weekend settlement near Šibenik, surrounded by clear sea with views of two beautiful islands, Zlarin and Prvić—a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation away from the crowds. During the summer, Jadrija is connected to Šibenik by boat via the St. Ante Channel, allowing for a pleasant and unique trip to the city without worrying about parking. The house is just 300 m from the sea and a well-maintained beach, accessible via a flat and enjoyable walk of 5 minutes. There are three fully equipped apartments available, each with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and SAT TV. Two apartments on the upper floor have a balcony with partial sea views, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The ground-floor apartment (note: ceiling height 2 meters) has access to a spacious Mediterranean garden with a barbecue and an outdoor shower, making it ideal for outdoor stays and summer gatherings. Payment and notes
To confirm your reservation, you need to pay a deposit of 30€ of the total stay price to the bank account. Once the payment is visible, your reservation will be considered confirmed, and you will be notified via email or message. The remaining amount for the stay is due upon arrival. The additional final cleaning service is not included in the apartment price and amounts to 40€ per stay, payable upon arrival along with the remaining balance. The security deposit for potential damage is 200€ and must be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure if there is no damage to the apartment. Cancellation policy
If the guest cancels the reservation: . more than 3 weeks before arrival - the deposit will be fully refunded. . less than 3 weeks before arrival - the deposit will be retained in full. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full reservation amount will be charged.
