The property's yard is 4m from the sea in a quiet and picturesque bay that offers views of magical sunsets. A seaside promenade allows for recreation through walking, running, and cycling through the settlements. Thanks to its location away from the main road, without the presence of motor vehicles and the noise they produce, guests have the impression of staying on an island with a sense of peace and security, surrounded only by nature. The property consists of a ground floor, a first floor with two apartments, and a second floor with one apartment. All apartments have a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the settlement of Grebaštica. The terrace on the first floor of the house is the largest, extending across the entire width of the building, and depending on occupancy and guest needs, it can be used as a whole or divided with a screen that allows privacy for everyone. In front of the house is a concrete pier from which children love to jump, and for slightly older or younger ones, right next to it is a pebble beach. Shade for everyone is provided by olive trees, located right next to the yard and the sea.

Payment and notes
Apartment users pay a deposit in the amount of 30 % of the accommodation price, while the remainder is paid upon arrival and by agreement with the apartment owner. In case of guest turnover on the same day, especially if it is the turnover of guests from two apartments, arrival after 14, 00 hours is recommended to avoid waiting for the arrangement and cleaning of the apartments. In that situation, the recommended departure time is until 10, 00 hours.
