Payment and notes
Important note! Daily prices are based on a stay of 6 or more days. For shorter stays, the surcharge is: 1 night + 30%; 2-3 nights + 15% 4-5 nights + 8% An extra bed is charged at + 15 €. Discount for longer stays and fewer persons in pre-season and post-season depending on the number of days and persons (special offer). Deposit 30% Check-in from 15:00; check-out until 10:00
Cancellation policy
Deposit: 1. In the event of serious illness of a family member or extraordinary circumstances (floods, earthquakes, fires, epidemics...) the deposit can be used within one year for another term subject to prior availability check. 2. The deposit is not returned and is not kept if the reasons for cancellation are personal, business, climatic, or other insufficiently justified in nature (e.g., cancellation of flights, congresses, festivals, etc.). 3. The deposit is returned in case of cancellation by the property owner or if adequate alternative accommodation of the same or higher category is provided near the property. 4. The deposit is returned for cancellations made 100 or more days in advance regardless of the reason.
