About this stay
Our house is located in a very beautiful and very peaceful area in the picturesque town of Vrsi. Beautiful landscape, lovely nature, interesting culture, and a healthy climate are the characteristics that set us apart from other places. The main beach is very close to our house and can be reached with a short walk (80 meters or 2 minutes on foot). The house has two modernly furnished apartments built in 2019. The larger apartment "Alan 3" has 4 stars and is ideal for large families of up to 6 people, while the smaller apartment "Alan 2" with 3 stars is intended for families with a maximum of two children or can become a romantic retreat for couples. Each apartment has a balcony overlooking a beautiful bay and a large heated pool surrounded on one side by a beautifully arranged garden with flowers and citrus trees, and on the other by a small olive grove that provides pleasant shade on hot summer days. The terrace with seating offers relaxing moments during the day or summer evenings.

Payment and notes
Check-in - from 15:00 | Check-out - until 10:00. To secure the reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the full amount as a deposit, with the remainder due upon arrival at the apartment. Payment is made via bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, a refund of the deposit is possible if the reservation is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. For reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival, no refund is possible.
