About this stay
The apartment house is located in a quiet part of Punta. It is approximately 400m from the center and the old part of the town. In the house, we have three apartments of different sizes. Apartments A4 and A5 on the second floor have a beautiful view of the entire Punat bay. All apartments have a terrace with an awning, a parking space in front of the house, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, all equipment and utensils for food preparation and serving, and a pleasant holiday.

Payment and notes
To confirm the reservation, I expect a bank transfer of 30% of the rent. The remainder of the rent and tourist taxes are paid in cash before going home or by arrangement. You take over the apartment after 15:00, and depart by 10:00 or by arrangement. I will answer all your questions.
Cancellation policy
The rental deposit is returned only with proof of emergencies or cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. House rules intended for a pleasant stay for everyone in the house and surroundings are respected.
