The settlement of Ninske Vodice is located above the famous sandy Kraljičina Beach, which is 5 km long and ideal for families with children, a romantic getaway with beautiful views of Velebit, and an active holiday that includes water sports, diving, kitesurfing, beach volleyball, SUP, sailing, and windsurfing. A special attraction of the beach is also the medicinal mud (peloid), the beautiful Ninska lagoon with a bird reserve, rare Mediterranean flora and flowers, and the warm sea.

The apartment reservation costs 30% of the total accommodation price. The remaining total accommodation price must be paid in full upon arrival. The ideal check-in time for the apartment is between 14:00 and 17:00. Check-out from the apartment is by 10:00. Late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee.
