Payment and notes
Payment model: a deposit of 30% is paid upon booking to the bank account, while the remaining amount is paid in cash on the day of arrival at the apartment, or a few days before arrival to the bank account. The tourist tax is not included in the price. One 1 pet is allowed, with an additional fee of 10 euros per night, and prior notification is required when arriving with a pet. Check-in time: 14 -17 hours. Check-out time: by 10 hours.
Cancellation policy
Refund of the deposit in case of cancellation: up to 70 days before arrival – refund of 100 % up to 40 days before arrival – refund of 50 % up to 30 days before arrival – no refund of the paid deposit if cancellation occurs 25 % 30 days or less before arrival. If the guest is unable to arrive due to illness, they may transfer the reservation to the next available date. No refund of the paid deposit is possible 15 days before arrival.
