About this stay
Fully equipped apartments in a detached house with their own separate entrances and terraces. The property is located in a quiet part of town. Parking is available in a large enclosed courtyard, shaded by a natural pergola. Free use of the garden barbecue is available. For an additional fee, daily use of the air conditioning is possible according to the guest's actual needs and weather conditions. The guest is responsible for recording air conditioning usage themselves, based on trust. Apartment reservations are made by paying an advance of 25-30% of the total agreed price to the property owner's bank account. The remaining amount of 70-75% is paid in cash to the owner upon arrival at the apartment. Upon arrival, guests are required to present the personal documents of all users for inspection by the Tourist Board and the Police Department for registration purposes.

Payment and notes
At the peak of the season (7. and 8. month), the minimum stay is 7 days, meaning the minimum number of nights is 7. During the off-peak and shoulder seasons, the minimum number of nights is 5. Regular prices from the price list apply to this number of nights. For stays shorter than 5 nights, surcharges apply to the base price: *Stay of 4 nights - surcharge is 30% *Stay of 3 nights - surcharge is 50% We do not rent for stays shorter than 3 nights! Upon entering the app., a deposit of 100-200 EUR is required. The deposit will be returned on the day of departure, provided all conditions from the Offer are met. Check-in to the apartments is after 12 hours, and check-out must be before 10 hours. Upon departure, guests are required to leave the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival. The apartment and its equipment must be cleaned normally. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, as well as compensation for damage to the equipment according to actual market prices. Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the reservation and refund of the paid deposit are only possible more than 30 days before the start date of the reserved period. Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded. Mutual reviews are possible, including the full names of the host and guest, based on objective, documented (photo) facts during the rental service period.
