Payment and notes
When booking the accommodation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to the lessor's account, with the remainder payable in cash upon arrival at the property. Option for non-cash payment of the full amount before arrival is available. The security deposit (safety deposit) is 70 €, refundable upon departure after inspection of the property. Check-in: from 14 - 23 hours. Check-out: until 10 hours. Keys are picked up at the property on the day of arrival.
