The property itself is surrounded by a small forest, and around it are small gardens with seasonal plants as well as a flowerbed. It has a covered terrace of 35 square meters where there is a large round table, chairs, TV, two armchairs with a small table (a combination of dining and living room). A barbecue is nearby. On the 25 m2 terrace in front of the apartment, there is a bench, a small table, and two chairs. Going down the stairs, there is an outdoor shower.
