The apartment is new and modernly equipped. It has an area of about 60 m2. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a parking space directly in front of the apartment. The apartment has a washing machine, two air conditioners, and two televisions (in the living room and bedroom). It is about 30 m from the sea and a beautifully arranged beach. From the apartment to the sea, no busy road needs to be crossed, so it is also suitable for families with small children. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there is a restaurant, cafes by the beach, and facilities for children, so every age can find what suits them. For young people wishing for good fun and wild nightlife, I recommend going to nearby Primošten (about 10 minutes drive) or Vodice (about 20 minutes drive in the other direction), which are cities of a thousand restaurants, cafes, and disco clubs. For lovers or couples, an unforgettable romantic walk along the sea and/or dinner in the nearby restaurant Veranda (only 10 m from the apartment) will be waiting.

Payment and notes
Payment is 20% of the total price upon reservation by payment to a foreign currency account, and the remainder upon arrival. Ideal arrival time is around 16.00, and departure at 10.00. However, we are flexible regarding arrival and departure times and another time more convenient for the guest can be arranged.
