About this stay
The apartment is modernly equipped and can accommodate 6 people. It has two rooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace. It is located in the first row to the sea. The beach is 2 minutes away from the apartment. The settlement is surrounded by a pine forest, which provides natural shade and clean air. Near the apartment (300) meters away, there is also medicinal mud, ideal for relieving rheumatic ailments. Beautiful and accessible beaches are pleasant for families with small children. In the center of the settlement, there is a bakery, a pastry shop, a stall with homemade fruit and vegetables, as well as several cafes and restaurants. There are also some sports activities on the main beach. About 5 min. by car, and it can also be reached on foot (1200 m), there is a market, post office, pizzerias, and restaurants. Rafting on the Zrmanja river is available nearby, and in the village itself, there is a Franciscan monastery with walking trails and tours of old mills. In season, apartment reservations are on Saturdays, and in pre-season and post-season, it can be any day, but for at least 5 nights. 4. Pets are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
Cancellation policy
I will refund the deposit to everyone (reduced by bank costs) if quarantine is reintroduced or if other decisions are made that would prevent my guest's safe arrival, which are related to COVID-19
