Located in the peaceful Lozica bay in Rogoznica, 40m from the sea, is a 52 m2 apartment. It is newly renovated and fully equipped. Inside the apartment, there is a kitchen (new induction cooktops, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, additional large capacity freezer, bar table and chairs, space for dining and on the terrace), a living room (LED TV, sofa bed), two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the second with two separate beds, baby cot available upon request), a bathroom (includes use of towels, laundry detergent and other hygiene supplies, free use of washing machine) and a terrace with a sea view (dining space, covered with an additional awning, refrigerator for cooling drinks). Air conditioning and WIFI use are included in the price. Additionally, free parking for two cars is available and reserved exclusively for Vlaić apartment guests. A BBQ grill is available in the courtyard. Discount available for advance payment.
