Welcome to Apartman Vivien, a bright and pleasant holiday apartment perfectly located in the very center of Crikvenica. The beach is just 50 meters away, and everything you need – shops, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes – is within easy reach, so you can fully relax and enjoy your holiday without the need for a car. The apartment is located on the third floor of a modern building with an elevator and features a south-facing balcony with a beautiful sea view – the ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. It offers two comfortable bedrooms, a pleasant living room with a dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is intended for stays of up to six people and is equipped with everything we ourselves would want on holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people and includes a coffee machine, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, and all the necessary cooking and serving utensils. Bed linen is provided, and each guest receives two towels. Kitchen towels, cleaning supplies, and hand soap are also at your disposal. The apartment is air-conditioned with two units – one in the living room and one in the hallway – to ensure the temperature in the space is always pleasant. Free Wi-Fi is included. Families with small children are very welcome – upon request, we provide a baby cot with linen and a high chair free of charge. A washing machine is located in the hallway, and drying racks and an iron are also available. Note: Although the building has an elevator, the apartment is not fully accessible to persons with disabilities because there are three steps from the main entrance to reach the elevator. Pets are welcome, and Monty’s Pet Beach – a beach where dogs are welcome and can enjoy the sea – is only 200 meters away. Private parking is not available, but you can purchase a tourist parking permit which allows parking throughout the Crikvenica area in non-ramp spots.
