About this stay
I am renting an apartment on the 1 floor of Vila Sipar in Zambratija, in a quiet location, the last house in a row with an enclosed pine forest for parking and play. The apartment is newly furnished, clean, and functional. It consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped mini-kitchen, a living room, a private bathroom, and a terrace. We pay great attention to guest satisfaction. There is the possibility of using a private table in the yard, as well as a grill. It is not suitable for young groups for nighttime gatherings. The distance to the beaches is from 300 to 500 m, depending on guests' preferences /pebbly, sandy, or concrete in the Katoro Tourist Settlement/. Near the building is a newly constructed open playroom for children. The distance to the tourist train that connects Zambratija with Umag is about 500 m.
