Villa Marija is located in a very quiet street. SMALL animals are accepted (please notify upon booking). The entire house is enclosed by a wall and a gate. Everyone has access to a large bocce court, a table tennis table, and a large grill. There is a large private, shaded, and covered parking lot; you are 800 meters from the beach and 400 meters from the shop. To book, you must pay a deposit of 20% at the time of booking, with the remainder to be paid in cash on arrival.
