About this stay
Dear guests, a holiday with us is a little special. We are a house in isolation, surrounded by natural greenery and olive trees. With us, you have peace, a distance from the main road of 1,5 km, and from the center of Nerezine 3 km. Available to you as guests is spacious parking, a wide area in front of the apartment (200 m square) where your children can freely and carefreely stay. You also have an outdoor shower, a grill, a table with a bench and chairs under the shade of reeds where you can peacefully have breakfast outside. Here you can buy our homemade olive oil and liqueurs. If you like a slightly "wild" surroundings, if you do not mind sheep that wander in front of the apartment in the evening waiting for you to throw them a piece of bread or vegetables, if you do not mind cats lying on the surrounding stone walls, if you love wide open spaces, then this is the right place for you. Only our family lives here and we will do our best to advise you where the most beautiful beaches and restaurants are, so that we can make your stay as beautiful and pleasant as possible.

Payment and notes
Deposit 25% upon reservation. The remainder one day before arrival to the bank account or on the day of arrival in cash. We do not accept credit cards. Prices are per night. Pets exclusively upon request. Upon arrival, documents are provided for inspection for entry into the e-visitor system, which we quickly return. Departure by 10 h in the morning, arrival from 16 h in the afternoon onwards. In case of an early arrival, the possibility to leave luggage.
Cancellation policy
Refund of the deposit is made only in case that the cancellation is at least three weeks before the agreed arrival date. In that case, we refund the deposit reduced by 10 euros (transaction costs). If departure is early, no money is refunded.
