The villa offers a comfortable apartment with an area of approximately 100 m2, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, which open onto a spacious terrace with direct access to a private beach. The beach is 9 m from the apartment. Only one apartment is rented out in the villa. It is surrounded by well-maintained lawns, greenery, birdsong, and the sea. Guests have access to a private enclosed parking area. The bedroom, living room, dining area, and terrace all face directly towards the sea. It can be used throughout the year, as it is equipped with central heating.
