Newly renovated apartment, right in the center of Makarska. The building was constructed to the highest standards, and the apartment itself is luxuriously equipped! Private parking is available, with Outdoor Parking No. 6 for LPG-powered cars and two parking spaces on the floor – 2; No. 1 and 2. The apartment is located on the 3 floor. It is oriented to the southwest. It consists of a kitchen with a dining area and an open-plan living room. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can enjoy preparing your favorite dishes during your annual vacation. Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Two bedrooms! The master bedroom has a bed 160/200, while the other room has two beds 90/200. The apartment is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, kitchen cloths, and paper napkins. Liquid soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, and dishwasher tablets are also provided. A beautiful view of the town of Makarska and the islands of Brač and Hvar can be enjoyed from the covered terrace.

Payment and notes
To make a reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount to our bank account, the remainder is paid upon arrival. Arrival time is from 14h and departure until 10h. If some days before we have information that guests will leave the apartment earlier than you, we will inform you in time so that you can plan your arrival! An additional person in the accommodation costs 20e/night per person.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your reservation one month in advance, we will refund your deposit in full!
