Payment and notes
The prices include electricity consumption, water, final cleaning, and VAT (10%). The tourist tax is included in the price. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the apartment and its surroundings. The landlord has the right to charge the amount necessary for repairing or remedying any damage caused (by taking a security deposit to cover potential damage), and therefore an advance payment of 300 euros is required. Check-in time to the apartment is at 12:00 hours, and check-out from the apartment is by 10:00 hours in the morning.
