In addition to the pool, the apartment has two terraces: one large terrace offers panoramic sea views, while the smaller terrace features a barbecue. The apartment has two parking spaces. The apartment's location is convenient if you wish to visit national parks or nearby islands such as Krk, Lošinj, Rab, or Cres, for which organized boat tours are available from the village center. The apartment is well-fenced on both terraces, which is ideal for young children. The apartment on the upper floor has 4 beds and is modern and well-equipped. The pool cannot be used unless by a group from the same family or friends. Balcony, parking, sea view, air conditioning. Short-term and long-term rentals are available. The price for longer stays is adjusted and more favorable. It is possible to rent both apartments together for 8–10 people. Pets are not allowed.

Payment and notes
Check-in is from 16:00 onwards, and check-out is by 10:00. The tourist tax is included in the apartment price. The deposit amount is 20%, payable via bank transfer, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. Free cancellation is available if the reservation is cancelled one month prior to the stated check-in date. Payment can be made via online banking or in cash.
