A fully equipped and modern standalone apartment of 36 square meters, with a separate entrance and one parking space, surrounded by forest and nature in a peaceful area above the renowned tourist destination of Opatija. The terrace is available for guests' exclusive use. Perfect for those who wish to relax amidst trees while being close to the tourist hub, beaches, restaurants, shops, and nightlife. During their stay, guests may use part of the courtyard and spend time outdoors. Guests have access to a new washing machine in the bathroom if needed. Upon leaving the apartment, guests are kindly requested to turn off the air conditioner for their own safety.
