Reservations must be made via email, and cancellation is possible at the latest 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Ideal arrival time is from 14:00 - 20:00 hours. Departure is mandatory by 10:00 AM. When booking a term, it is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total accommodation cost. Payment is made via the account specified in the details. The total cost of accommodation must be paid no later than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the refund of the deposit is made by payment to the account from which the deposit was paid within 5 days.
