Payment and notes
Reservation and deposit: To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 20% to 30% of the total amount must be paid, while the remainder is paid in cash upon arrival. Arrival time (Check-in): From 14:00 (please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time). Departure time (Check-out): By 10:00 AM, so that we can thoroughly clean and prepare the apartment for future guests. House rules: We ask guests to respect the house rules, especially regarding night quiet (from 23:00 to 08:00) and careful use of air conditioning when not in the property. The tourist tax is included in the accommodation price.
Cancellation policy
For cancellation of the reservation up to 60 days before the arrival date, the paid deposit amount is returned in full (100% refund). In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, the paid deposit is not refunded; instead, we retain it as compensation for the cancelled term.
