It has a covered balcony facing the sea, and on the other side of the house, there is an exit to the yard where you can also stay, which features a table and chairs. The apartment is one of the rare ones in the center of Opatija that has free private parking. The Opatija market is 400 meters away, and the Spar market is 150 meters from the apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. In the bedroom, there is a large double bed and one single bed. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be converted into a bed. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.

Payment and notes
Payment can be made via Bank Account, Revolut, Keks Pay, or in cash. The reservation (deposit) is usually 30% of the accommodation price. The usual arrival time to the apartment is after 14 hours, and departure from the apartment is by 10 hours, but we can arrange everything around it.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is returned if the accommodation reservation is cancelled at least 15 days before arrival.
