It is located on the second floor of a residential building situated on the first line to the sea, specifically on the Slanica sandy beach itself. It consists of a hallway, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen/dining/living room with a view of the sea and Kornati National Park. Nearby there is a shop, several catering facilities, a large slide, a playground, and tennis courts. The beach is suitable even for the youngest as it has a large shallow sandy part, and just about 100 meters further away there are many places under pine trees for a slightly deeper entry into the sea. There is a promenade to the center of Murter. An important note is that no late-evening musical events are held on this beach, only daytime catering/hospitality events.
