About this stay
The Winter apartment is located on the ground floor of a house in the town of Selce. It is modernly equipped, warm, and simple. It opens onto a courtyard, which is used by the host. There is no sea view from the apartment or the courtyard. Near Selce lies the Vinodol municipality, a beautiful green valley with vineyards, stone cliffs, viewpoints, and perfect landscapes for hikers, cyclists, and lovers of good wines. The promenade connects Selce and Crikvenica, where a gentle walk along the sea allows you to reach the center of Crikvenica in 45 min. and visit restaurants, shops, and cafes. The Wave Path, located right along the coast, allows walking enthusiasts to connect all surrounding places from Jadranovo to Novi Vinodolski.

Payment and notes
We process apartment reservations after the deposit is paid to the owner's account. The deposit amounts to approximately 30 % of the total price, and at least =100,00 euros. A written confirmation of the reservation is sent upon the guest's request. The remainder is paid in cash upon arrival, upon presentation of personal documents. Recommended arrival is from 16 hours, and departure until 10 hours in the morning. Please leave the apartment tidy and clean upon departure.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation 30 days before the arrival date, we will issue a refund of the deposit in the amount of 100%. In other cases, the deposit is non-refundable.
