From the courtyard, stairs lead down to the riverbed, and above the water itself is a wooden pier, ideal for fishing and sunbathing after a swim in the tranquil river. The property is located 1200 meters from the center of Ozalj and about 700 meters from the main city beach, which offers various amenities.

Payment and notes
To reserve a date, you need to pay a deposit of 50 euros after receiving the offer, which contains all the details, including the payment instructions for the deposit and other information. Once the deposit payment is visible in our account, we will send you a Reservation Confirmation with the details and arrival/departure times, which we agree upon during the booking process. Check-in and check-out are not on the same day, so the arrival and departure times are flexible.
Cancellation policy
If you are unable to arrive on your booked date, the reservation must be canceled 8 days prior to arrival; after this period, the deposit will not be refunded. Exceptionally, the deposit may be used for a new reservation within 6 months of payment, subject to availability.
