About this stay
The apartment is located in a family house, on the ground floor with a separate entrance. It is surrounded by greenery and is about 100 meters away from the Mrežnica river. If you arrive by private vehicle, a parking space is provided in the courtyard. The interior space is 35 m2, and the outdoor terrace is 15 m2. Ideal for couples and small families (maximum 3 people). You can also bring one pet for an additional charge of 10 €. The apartment is fully furnished, renovated (2023) and air-conditioned (cooling/heating). Due to its ground floor position and north side, it is pleasantly fresh in summer both day and night. Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor area. Organizing parties etc. is not permitted. The price for one night is charged 10 € more than the prices listed in the price list.

Payment and notes
A reservation can be made by paying a deposit of 30 % of the total amount. The remainder is paid upon arrival. Check-in: from 14:00 Check-out: until 11:00
Cancellation policy
If the reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, the total deposit amount minus the transaction fee will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the paid deposit amount will not be refunded.
