About this stay
The two-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of an old stone villa from the 16 century in a quiet part of the town of Preko. The house is just a few steps away from three beaches (the sandy Jaz beach, the pebbly Kašun beach, and the concrete beach right in front of the house) and a sandy volleyball court. The beaches offer numerous facilities for children and catering establishments. Along the beach is a lungomare for peaceful and romantic evening walks. The distance from the town center is about two hundred meters. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a terrace with views of the sea and the city of Zadar. Parking is provided.
