About this stay

The Old Villa is back in the tourist offer of Novi Vinodolski after many years. The Villa features 3 rooms and one apartment in the main house and one apartment in the auxiliary house. We offer a large terrace with a fireplace for preparing barbecues, as well as a large hall that guests can use for consuming meals or simply for watching important matches together. In the hall, there is an automatic bean coffee machine available for all guests in the house to use. The large yard surrounded by greenery provides a special atmosphere. Each accommodation unit has one parking space. The Villa is located in the greenery above the main city beach, surrounded by a high wall that gives guests a sense of privacy and separation from the rest of the town. It is situated so that everything is within reach in a radius of 50 to 100 meters.
