Comfortable for a peaceful family getaway, enjoying beautiful beaches, crystal-clear sea, and excellent Dalmatian gastronomy. Enjoy your morning coffee or the evening sunset in an apartment with a terrace offering breathtaking views of the sea and surroundings, where you can see the island of Ugljan and, in the distance, Velebit and Ždrelac. Fully modernly equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and small kitchen appliances – toaster, kettle, citrus juicer; bedroom, living room, large LCD TV – with Max TV channels and Wi-Fi; air conditioning, a pull-out sofa, and a bathroom, safety box, bed linen, and towels. Distance from the beach: 3 – 5 minutes’ walk. The surroundings are ideal for cycling, jogging, and walking around the island – enjoying the greenery surrounding the house, with free private parking. I speak English and Croatian. Connections to Zadar are available by the boat AnaMarija, catamaran, and ferry. On the island, there are restaurants with top-quality wines and delicious food – fish, meat, pizza; for dessert lovers, ice cream and cakes. There is also 3 general store, souvenir shops, a clinic, and an ATM. Welcome to the peaceful, relaxing island with two letters: Iž.

Payment and notes
Payment of the deposit to the IBAN bank account. Upon booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price is paid, with the remaining amount to be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment or a few days before arrival to the bank account, by agreement. Guest arrival from 16:00 hours. Guest departure until 10:00 hours. The apartment keys are handed over upon arrival. I personally welcome guests and show them around the apartment. The accommodation is located on an island, so a boat or ferry is required to reach it. The departure port is Zadar-Gaženica, and the arrival port is Iž-Bršanj. Tip – to secure a place on the ferry with a car, purchase ferry tickets from Jadrolinija at least 15 days before arrival, thereby ensuring your spot on the ferry for your desired arrival and departure dates. The departure port is Zadar-Gaženica, and the arrival port is Iž-Bršanj. Tickets can be purchased online on the carrier Jadrolinija’s website. The tourist tax is included in the price. In case of any damage, the guest is responsible and must pay for it before departure. I will send a written confirmation of the reservation (voucher). Reservations can be made via mobile phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Cancellation policy
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival, with a refund of the deposit. If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. Travel responsibly and have a pleasant journey!
