Payment and notes
To make a reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total amount must be paid, with the remaining balance due upon check-in at the apartment, in cash or via a payment confirmation. Minimum stay: 5 nights. Check-in time: after 15:00h. Check-out time: by 10:00h. Maximum 6 guests. The apartment is exclusively for registered guests. Parties and events are prohibited within the apartment. Photography and filming for commercial purposes are not permitted. Bicycles, scooters, fishing equipment, and similar items are not allowed inside the apartment or the building. The use of personal electrical appliances (other than chargers for mobile phones, laptops, and tablets) is not permitted (e.g., electric grills, kettles, heaters, fans, vehicle chargers, etc.). Any damage caused by improper handling or irresponsible behavior will be charged to the guest. Upon arrival at the property, please provide the ID cards or passports of all individuals for registration via the e-Visitor guest registration application.
Cancellation policy
The paid deposit, reduced by the bank fee, will be refunded only in case of cancellation of the reservation up to 21 days before arrival. If guests decide to shorten their stay after arriving at the apartment (i.e., stay for a shorter period than specified in the reservation), a refund is not possible.
