Fully equipped apartments in the center, next to the main beach in Makarska. App 2+2 (Beach, center) at address Kralja Zvonimira 3a, Makarska is located near all important amenities in the city. App 2+2 is located on the first floor of a building that has an intercom and secure security doors. Guests are entitled to parking in front of the apartment, which we provide to our guests by having me park my vehicle until your arrival and then handing over my spot to you. This way, you will have free parking next to the apartment you are staying in. If you leave the parking space, I cannot guarantee that you will find parking upon return (though it is possible) because it is in the city center. Parking as well as other amenities (tourist tax, free wi-fi, use of air conditioning, . . . ) are included in the price of the stay. It is also possible to arrange a city parking permit which is paid according to the city price list. Payment and notes
Payment method: deposit of 25 to 30 % to be paid into the account, the remainder in cash upon arrival at the apartment. For stays up to 5 nights, a 50% deposit is to be paid into the account, the remainder in cash upon arrival at the apartment. The price for a stay of up to 4 nights is increased by 30%. If the guest pays the deposit but wishes to cancel the reservation 120 days before arrival, we return 50% of the received deposit amount; after that, the deposit is non-refundable. If the lessor wishes to cancel the reservation and has a valid reason, they are obliged to inform the guest and return the full amount of the paid deposit within 3 days from the day they inform them. Arrival at the apartment after 14 hours. Departure from the apartment by 10 hours. If you wish to enter the apartment earlier or stay longer than the planned arrival or departure time, an additional fee is required (20 euros per hour) if possible. For everything mentioned, negotiation is possible.
Cancellation policy
If the guest pays the deposit but wishes to cancel the reservation 120 days before arrival, we return 50% of the received deposit amount; after that, the deposit is non-refundable.
