We offer a newly renovated and fully equipped apartment in the beautiful, pleasant bay of Gršćica, surrounded by pine forest and the sea. The apartment is on the ground floor and first floor of a family house, first row to the sea 7 m, under the house is a concrete beach and across from it is a public beach with a large slide. Parking is 80 m. From the house, there is free parking on public surfaces in the center of the bay. The town of Korčula or little Dubrovnik is 30 min. by car, Vela Luka 15 min., Blato 10min. A large pebble beach at Prižba is 5 min. Various facilities are within your reach (sports activities, sailing school, diving, boat and scooter rental, excursions, cultural events and historical monuments, churches, sanctuary). Payment and notes
Apartment rental is paid by bank transfer, or can also be paid in cash on the day of arrival. The deposit amount is 30% of the total apartment price and is paid via bank transfer. Check-in time is after 15:00, and check-out time is by 10 hours.
Cancellation policy
Note: refund of the deposit is only possible in case of health problems resulting in multi-day hospitalization or in the event of death in the immediate family. In such cases, it is also necessary to provide medical or other official documentation.
