We are located in Sveti Ivan, a peaceful seaside town about 4 kilometers from Umag. Within a family home, we offer one fully and modernly equipped apartment. The property is approximately 50 meters from the sea. The beach near the apartment is rocky. The distance from the center of Umag is about 4 kilometers or 5 minutes by car. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (electric-gas combination stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, kettle, microwave, coffee machine) with a living room containing a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, and wireless internet. The apartment is located on the second floor. A terrace with garden furniture is also available on the first floor. One parking space is available.

Payment and notes
Booking confirmation is possible upon payment of a deposit to our account. The deposit amount is 30% of the total amount. Check-in is after 14:00h unless otherwise agreed; check-out is by 10:00h.
Cancellation policy
If the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded; for cancellations within less than 30 days, the deposit will not be refunded.
