About this stay
The studio apartment is fully and modernly equipped on the first floor of a family house, located 30m from the sea and a beautiful pebble beach with a gradual entry into the sea. In front of the house, there is parking for a car, and in the courtyard, there is a gazebo with a grill and tables for relaxing in the shade. Nearby are a shop, restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and at the entrance to the town, there is the Plodine shopping center.

Payment and notes
Check-in to the apartment is usually until 14h, and check-out is by 10h if a new guest arrives on the same day. Upon reservation, it is necessary to pay approximately 20% of the amount as a deposit to the account which we will provide after contact, with the remaining part due upon arrival at the apartment.
Cancellation policy
We provide unconditional refunds of the deposit, therefore we kindly ask that reservations be cancelled several days in advance.
