The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a terrace. Parking in the courtyard is provided, as well as the possibility to use a barbecue. The apartment is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, an LCD TV, SAT TV, WIFI, a water dispenser, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a hairdryer, and an iron; there is also the possibility to use a washing machine free of charge. The pebble beach is suitable for families with small children and is located 220 meters from the apartment; there is a small cafe on the beach.

Payment and notes
Upon arrangement and reservation of the apartment, we take a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total amount. Once the money is visible in our account, we confirm your reservation. The remaining amount is paid in cash upon picking up the keys. Ideal arrival time is after 13:00, and ideal departure time from the apartment is by 10:00.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation 60 or more days before the date, the deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel the apartment 30-60 days before the date, we will refund 50% of the deposit. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the date, the deposit is not refunded. The deposit can be used for another date upon agreement with the owner.
