About this stay
Apartman Pia is located in a family house, in a quiet street in the city center and is designed to accommodate up to 2 people. Nearby is the harbor with cafe bars, restaurants and shops, and the Apoxyomenos Museum is just a few minutes away from the house. The nearest beaches are Valdarke, Čikat and Sveti Martin (15 minute walk). A private parking space (included in the price) is located at the Budovina parking lot, at the entrance to the city, across from the police station, 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Parking is also possible on the street, 50 m from the house, but for a fee. The apartment is located on the ground floor, is full of light, has an exit to a terrace and garden with a view of lemon, mandarin and bougainvillea trees. It is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi internet connection and satellite television, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. It is a pleasant place to stay in summer, but also in other parts of the year, especially in spring and autumn.

Payment and notes
From June to September, the minimum stay is 7 nights and arrivals are on Sundays. In other periods, shorter stays are also possible (minimum 3 nights). Upon confirmation, a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay is paid. For reservations cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, we issue a refund of the deposit.
