The distance from the property to the sea (beaches surrounded by dense pine forest and a promenade) is approximately 300 m via the access road through the Dolaška draga weekend settlement; on foot around the road (approximately 10 minutes) or by car (2 minutes). The sea can be reached more quickly on foot (5 minutes) by using a short section of the access road and one of several available stair branches within the weekend settlement, specifically built for access to the sea, beach, promenade, pine forest, small harbor, café, etc. The property has two apartments (on the 2 and 3 floors), of which only the apartment on the 2 floor is rented out. The hosts (2-4 people) stay in the apartment on the 3 floor during the summer, making them available daily to assist guests without disturbing their peace and privacy. In the property's garage, guests have access to 1 parking spaces for private cars. On the panoramic terrace (80 m2) above the garages (1 floor), they can use the appropriate equipment (a barbecue, a garden table with 4 chairs, and 2 sun loungers) without restriction.

Booking Confirmation for the Selected Date (Voucher) The guest will receive this via email after paying the deposit (30 % of the full rental price) to the apartment owner's bank account. The stated rental prices include accommodation for up to 4 people in the apartment, while any stay by 5. people (with prior approval from the owner) will be charged an additional 20 EUR/night. The remaining portion of the full rental amount must be paid by the guest to the host upon entering the apartment. Check-in is from 14:00 on the arrival day, and check-out is by 10:00 on the departure day. Earlier arrival or later departure may be possible, depending on apartment availability, with prior approval from the owner. A parking space for 1 personal vehicles is available to the guest in the building's garage. With the owner's agreement, the washing machine can be used. The stated nightly rates include: - tourist tax - use of a parking space for one personal vehicle in the building's garage - use of the open panoramic terrace (80 m2) with equipment (barbecue, garden table with 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers) - electricity and water consumption - use of air conditioning - internet services - final cleaning of the apartment
