Designer-decorated and completely newly equipped 5-star penthouse, located on the second floor in the center of the island of Vira. The penthouse with an area of 100 m² is ideal for accommodating 4-5 people. It is divided into a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a separate toilet, a walk-in wardrobe, two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds equipped with satellite TV and two ensuite bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a tub). In the living room, there is a sofa bed for one person. The penthouse includes a covered balcony equipped with an electric grill, table and chairs with an area of 3 m² which offers a partial sea view. The penthouse also features a roof terrace (90 m²) with a sea view and sun loungers.

Cancellation policy
The final price of the stay includes use of air conditioning, parking, WLAN internet, SAT TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. After confirmation of the reservation via e-mail, 50% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer in EUR within the next two days. The remainder of the total amount is paid either one week before arrival by bank transfer in EUR or upon arrival at the agency, in cash in EUR. A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days of arrival. Instead of cancellation, it is possible to change the dates of arrival and departure during the season, subject to availability.
