Payment and notes
When making a reservation, it is necessary to pay 30%, but no less than 100 eur via postal money order, or to a giro account, or through Western Union or MoneyGram. The guest bears the fee for sending the money, while the landlord bears the fee for receiving it. Check-in time is 13 h, and check-out time is 10 h, but alternative arrangements can be made in agreement with the owner. An exception is made for 1 pets: small, gentle dogs are accepted for an additional fee.
Cancellation policy
A 60-day rule applies for refunds with a justified reason.
