The building has been thoroughly renovated to provide guests with a pleasant stay. During the renovation, a portion of the retro furniture was preserved, evoking an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a spacious living room and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a bar counter, and a bathroom. On the back side of the building, there is a terrace with a shaded area, ideal for spending afternoons. Welcome to the old school!

Payment and notes
Payment: 30% deposit within 7 days of booking confirmation, 70% of the balance based on an invoice or in cash upon arrival. Discounts: 10% for each additional week of stay in the apartment. 10% for "EARLY BOOKING" made by 31.12.2025. 5% for "RETURNING" guests. The maximum total discount is 15%. Accommodation is free for children under 2 years of age. The tourist tax is included in the price. The landlord is not subject to VAT payment in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the VAT Act. Check-in to the Apartment is from 16 hours, and check-out from the Apartment is by 10 hours.
