The apartment is located on the high ground floor of a family house in the very center of the city. Guests are provided with a parking space within the property grounds. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and a pleasant terrace. All necessary amenities - shops, restaurants, cafes, and other city attractions - are located in the immediate vicinity, making it an ideal choice for a pleasant and carefree stay.

Payment and notes
Upon acceptance and confirmation of the reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit (deposit) as agreed: 100 €. The remaining amount is paid by the guest upon arrival at the apartment, in cash, (Euro) we do not accept bank cards. - Check-in to the apartments is from: 14 h. - Check-out from the apartment is until: max. 10 h. We kindly ask guests to inform us of their arrival and departure time from the apartment! Pets are not accepted. Air conditioning is included in the rental price, as well as Wi-Fi, bedding, towels, cutlery and cooking utensils, electricity, water, tourist taxes and fees, and a parking space. The minimum stay in the apartments is 7 nights. Upon arrival at the apartment, we ask guests to prepare and show their ID card or passport to the Owner for mandatory registration in E-visitor.
Cancellation policy
We refund the deposit only in the event that the borders of the Republic of Croatia are closed. In all other cases, a refund of the deposit is not possible! If you do not arrive on the reserved date, the deposit is not returned! By accepting and confirming the reservation, the guest accepts the stated terms and house rules!
