It is two rows away from the sea and the beach. 70-100 m to the beach, which stretches for almost 2 km below the apartment. The beach consists of pebbles and concrete, and there are also areas with natural shade. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a dining area and kitchen, a bathroom, and two terraces. 1 bedroom has a double bed (200 × 220), a foldable children's bed, a wardrobe, and a small terrace with a sea view (deck chairs, umbrella). 2 bedroom has 2 beds (90 × 200) and a wardrobe. The living room has a foldable sofa, Wi-Fi, a TV, and includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation (toaster, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, air conditioning, radio, iron, hairdryer...). The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, equipped with towels and a washing machine. The apartment has its own parking space, and the large terrace has a grill, deck chairs, and another seating set. There is a shop nearby.

Dear guests, pets are allowed for a fee of 10€ per night. Check-in: 14:00. Check-out: 10:00. A short tax is included in the price per night. The reservation fee is 100€ and is included in the stay. In case of cancellation 60 or more days in advance, we will refund 50% of the reservation. For cancellations up to 30 days in advance, we will refund 30% of the reservation. No refund will be issued for cancellations within 30 days.
