We affordably rent a spacious apartment ideal for families. Our 63 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of a four-story building in a quiet part of the city, with a south-west orientation. We offer accommodation in two bedrooms with double beds, alongside a spacious living room with a balcony, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment is classically decorated, air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi internet, TV receiver, and a parking space. A short walk brings you to the city center in a few minutes, and to the city beach in 5 min. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the train station, the city center, self-service stores, and restaurants.

Payment and notes
A deposit (30% of the total amount) is paid upon reservation. The deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining amount is paid in cash upon arrival. The ideal time of arrival is from 14:00 to 16:00, and departure by 10:00. For reservations, we refer you to contact the apartment owner via email or mobile phone. Seven-day shifts are from Saturday to Saturday. For a fifth person, there is a charge of 15 euros per day.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable!
