It is located in the western part of the city, just 10 minutes walking distance to the main square, cathedral, theater, public institutions, and the promenade along the Drava river. In this modernly decorated apartment, equipped with special care, our guests can use an indoor heated pool which, thanks to counter-current swimming, is suitable for swimmers of various abilities and styles. Relax in the Turkish bath (steam bath) which has a soothing and anti-stress effect, improves circulation, eases respiratory problems, helps lymphatic drainage, boosts immunity, and aids in cellulite reduction. The indoor pool with an area of 10 m2 and a depth of 1,5 m features counter-current swimming. Pool temperature is 31 C. The wellness area within the apartment and the pool are intended solely for the guests of this apartment. The capacity of the Apartment is 2+1 child. Parking for a personal car with surveillance camera is provided.

Payment and notes
Upon booking, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total price for the stay. The remaining amount is to be paid 2 days before arrival. Payment is made via bank transfer. The tourist tax is included in the price. Check in from 15 hours. Check out until 11 hours. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Parties are not allowed. For 3 or more days, we offer a discount.
